Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
